I am a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec and of the Canadian Psychological Association.
I enjoy working with my clients in a safe and non-judgmental space where they learn to work through difficult times including personal, relational and career struggles. Yes, therapy is work, and I will help you find your inner strength and develop the necessary skills to help treat your symptoms and help you achieve your goals.
I started my career working at the Montreal Sexual Assault Center, helping victims of sexual assault and offering workshops. Simultaneously in my private practice, I helped people work through various struggles including depression, anxiety, stress management, career and identity development, sexual assault and PTSD.
In my current practice, I work with adults in individual therapy and continue to specialize in the above mentioned areas using cognitive- behavioral, humanistic and EMDR techniques. I enjoy working with people from different cultural backgrounds as I can relate coming from a multi-ethic background myself. I also enjoy working at Charles Lemoyne Hospital in the outpatient psychiatry department, treating multiple issues from mood disorders to chronic pain and where I do personality testing. Furthermore, I am currently working on offering seminars to corporations about effective value-based management and executive leadership.
I love to practice mixed martial arts as it provides for physical and emotional balance. I also love spending time with my family and friends and cooking.
