I am a licensed psychotherapist with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec and a certified member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. For more than fifteen years, I’ve worked with both adults and children in individual and group settings, helping them navigate challenges and create lasting change.
My training includes a Master’s in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa, along with advanced training in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy. I am also one of only two DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinicians™ in Quebec. In addition, I have specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders and often integrate Multi-diagnostic eating disorder Dialectical Behavior Therapy (MED-DBT) into my practice.
Over the years, I have worked in community organizations, clinical programs, and private practice, supporting people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and LGBTQ+ backgrounds. My approach, rooted in CBT and DBT, emphasizes balance—not perfection. I believe that change comes from finding a middle ground that feels sustainable, rather than striving for impossible ideals.
At the heart of my work is authenticity, empathy, and a genuine belief in each person’s ability to grow. As both a therapist and a mother of three, I understand how complex and demanding life can be, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported as they move toward the life they want.
