I am a licensed psychotherapist with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec, and I work with adults at all stages of life. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, make sense of what you are going through, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and also integrates psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives to support self-understanding and personal growth. Depending on your needs, we may also use mindfulness, emotional regulation techniques, or solution-focused strategies. I have experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, work-related stress, and major life transitions.
What I love most about this work is the privilege of being alongside people during both difficult and transformative moments. I have great respect for the courage it takes to reach out. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to you, never a one-size-fits-all process. If you are thinking about starting therapy, know that you do not have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you, at your pace, with care and compassion.
